cocos best is an extremely interesting and really makes mental health a scary fact of being human. My family on my mothers side has a horrendous mental health background,so mental health has always kind of been a horrifying subject for me. The fact that this book talks about the very things that scare me so makes makes this a hard read, but also a good one. The way that the book portrays mental illness reflects how my mother talks about it reflects how amazing the book  is.
